Happy Springs ("the game") is made by E Software Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we"). This policy explains what information the game uses and why. In short: the game has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we do not collect your personal information.
Your game progress (crossings, stars, pals), your lives, your settings and a record of purchases already added to your game are saved only on your phone. We never receive this information. If Android backup is switched on for your Google account, Android may include this game data in your device backup so your progress can be restored on a new phone. That backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings.
Life packs are sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment; we never see your card or payment details. Google Play tells the game which pack was bought and gives it a purchase reference so the lives can be added once. Google's handling of payment information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
If you use Google Play Games on your device, the game sends your total stars and best perfect streak to Google Play Games leaderboards. Leaderboards show your Play Games gamer name and avatar next to your score, never your real name or email unless you have chosen that as your gamer name. You control who can see your Play Games profile in the Play Games app settings. Play Games is provided by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. If you don't use Play Games, nothing is sent.
We don't show ads. We don't use analytics or tracking tools. We don't access your advertising ID, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. We don't sell or share personal information with anyone.
The Share button opens your phone's share menu with a short text about your crossing. You choose whether and where to send it.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Use Settings → Reset progress in the game, or uninstall the game, to remove all game data from your device. To remove leaderboard scores and your Play Games profile, use the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings. You can also contact us and we will help.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
